I almost always buy my hair product from here and have gotten a cut here before. I generally leave pretty happy. I booked a cut for 230 today and got there by 225. My daughter and I sat there for 10 minutes and no one was in the salon. 235 came and I still had not even been greeted. As my daughter and I got up to leave the stylist comes around the corner on the phone, holds her finger up at me and says one sec. I told her no thanks I was good and left. I understand taking breaks and stepping away for a minute but please don’t schedule an appointment for a time when you will be unavailable. As I left she plopped herself in a chair and continued her call. I’m not one to feed vanity for the most part but I care a great deal about my hair and if you don’t care enough to give me more than a finger and “one sec,” I’m not confident you’re going to care how my hair looks when I leave. I didn’t leave because I was upset about the wait time. I was leaving because I thought I had gotten the time wrong and figured I could do my shopping while I waited. I left with zero intention of returning when she gave me a one sec finger and had no other clients in her chairs.
