Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThanks to the girl that totally messed up my granddaughters hair two days before school started. It’s actually two to three inches shorter on one side. I’ve never seen a hair cut this bad. I’m so mad and trust me I’ll leave bad reviews everywhere I can. My daughter called and talked to someone who said there is nothing we can do.Services: Hairstyling, Haircut

Thanks to the girl that totally messed up my granddaughters hair two days before school started. It’s actually two to three inches shorter on one side. I’ve never seen a hair cut this bad. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueAmanda the women I was supposed to have highlight my hair was running late which is understandable, but I had a call in at work so I was trying to save time. so I asked a different lady at the front (who obviously was completely over her job), is there anybody else I can book an appointment with because I know she’s running late and has a couple people already but I’ve never been to the Walmart salon I’m just nervous I don’t know how that works. They all scoffed and got defensive and said we all have the same license (as someone who also went to school for cosmetology I know that having a license doesn’t equate to being good at their job). I was implying Ive never been to a Walmart salon before so I don’t know if you can just switch stylists like that, but I could see how that could be taken a different way.. so I sat back down and waited. While I was waiting Amanda answered the phone and messed up making an appointment on the computer and she loudly said “it’s just hard for me to concentrate when I have one women I need to check out, and the other is scared to get her hair done at Walmart” and wouldn’t even look at me when I looked over at her after that rude unprofessional comment… I understand there was a miscommunication but there was no need to say a pointed, rude comment just because as far as they thought I was “scared”. Super unprofessional from the moment I walked in. I told them to just cancel my appointment and left. Glad I didn’t give them my money.
