If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is unprofessional & workers are completely clueless about anything you ask them about any of the products/solutions. I went in & got a spray over the weekend for a wedding… & first off they did not have disposable feet pads to prevent the solution getting on the bottom of your feet worker gave me a paper towel & then the machine did NOT mist me it was spitting out solution leaving the solution DRIPPING down my whole body. I spoke to the worker & she gave me no options but to go home and just wash it off. Took my money just to go home to wash all of it off. She proceeded to tell me the owner will come in contact w me in 1-2 business days to discuss the situation. Did not receive a call. So I decided to give them a call & they were completely CLUELESS on the situation. I asked for a refund & the worker proceeded to tell me NO refunds & just suggest me get sprayed again. I recommend if you go anywhere to go to Bronze Sol in Crown point/Winfield locations they have so many more options of sprays, will give you refunds, and have educated workers about the products!

I love this tanning salon in Portage!!! The staff is so sweet, friendly and helpful!! I ask a lot of questions and can be quite the talker but they always answer my questions in detail and take the time to explain things!! I get such a dark tan every time I visit!! It’s clean and beautiful inside as well!! Highly recommended!!!!

I started tanning prior to a trip to Florida this April. The front staff is inviting, friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. After about 6 sessions of 8 minutes in the ultra, I had an amazing even tan. The rooms are clean and the stand up beds are spacious and don’t get too hot.

Very clean and reasonably priced. The level 3 beds are super HOT, I actually got out after 8 minutes instead of staying in for the full 10. Pleasant staff. I’ll be back. 🙂

I love this salon except for I went on my day off, a Monday and I was surprised to see that they had been closed and I had to go spend $20 at Aztec tan so I could get my tan in that day. So I was not at all happy with that Tanning

I would leave zero stars if I could. I am a previous client and regret ever dollar spent. Doors would open 15 minutes late, workers complaining about not getting paid on time, just a completely unprofessional atmosphere. I’m going to leave out some of the details, but let’s just say you shouldn’t mix business and pleasure.
