Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI wish I could give one star. I called and asked if they took walk ins (a trim for my 9 year old) she said yes but Id have to wait if others walked in first but that they weren’t currently busy … okay no big deal. I asked if I could make an appointment and she responded we don’t mAke same day appointments… okay.(I never mentioned it was for the same day but by all means assume away sis)So we walked in 20 minutes later and she was very rude and upset that someone walked in. She asked what I wanted and I told her just a trim for my little one. She said well we’re both doing process right now so it’ll be hours we’re to busy to help you. You’ll have to wait for hours. Do you want an appointment for a later day? No I’ll go somewhere and make an appointment where there is zero attitude and someone happy to see customers.So if you go here avoid the “lady” with skittles hair. She has zero respect. I have no issues making an appointment or waiting but what she said on the phone and then how she treated me in person was unacceptable. I’ve never had anyone be so rude to me and my daughter before when we simply asked about services. Just stay away … I’m glad I didn’t let her touch my kids head now after that attitude and how she presented herself. Disgusting!I wish I could give one star. I called and asked if they took walk ins (a trim for my 9 year old) she said yes but Id have to wait if others walked in first but that they weren’t currently busy … okay no big deal. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy stylist was lekendra I highly recommend for anyone! She gave my son his dream come true joe dirt hair cut in about 3 minutes had him in and out the chair with his hair cut and styled, hes 5 years old and flops like a fish out of water so imagine her patience and talent for that! She also did a fantastic job on my hair that was over due a root touch up that turned into a complete make over, highly recommend for the whole family & don’t worry about timing because she will get it done!Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloringMy stylist was lekendra I highly recommend for anyone! My stylist was lekendra I highly recommend for anyone! She gave my son his dream come true joe dirt hair cut in about 3 minutes had him in and out the chair with his hair cut and styled, hes 5 years old and flops like a fish out of water so imagine her patience and talent for that! She also did a fantastic job on my hair that was over due a root touch up that turned into a complete make over, highly recommend for the whole family & don’t worry about timing because she will get it done!

Jacked up my son’s simple hair cut a few months ago, I decided to try them again or a new stylist last week, made an appointment but they still were taking walk ins over us, decided to come back today got there at 1030, they weren’t there (sign says 10) and when I called after running another errand the girl was very rude. Jacked up my son’s simple hair cut a few months ago, I decided to try them again or a new stylist last week, made an appointment but they still were taking walk ins over us, decided to come back today got there at 1030, they weren’t there (sign says 10) and when I called after running another errand the girl was very rude.
