I got a Brazilian blowout from Ashley and I’m blown away by the results. My hair has never looked better. I was having a hard time finding a new stylist and decided to try Ashley and 100% I will be going to her from now on. She was so much fun to talk with, she took her time, she was knowledgeable about all aspects of hair, and did an AMAZING job. If you have frizzy hair get a Brazilian blow out and do it with Ashley. Best thing ever!!!

Great haircut by Daisy. I just moved to Georgetown, and have always had a hard time finding people that cut men’s hair well. My biggest complaint is that people do not listen to what I want, and tend to do what they want. I showed Daisy a couple of pictures of the haircut I wanted, and she did an amazing job. She was very fast as well for the first time cutting my hair.

I went to lox salon last week for an extension move up, all over bleach, and a cut. I had the worst experience I have ever had in my life at this business. I felt verbally and emotionally abused when I left and I bawled my eyes out with soaking wet hair all the way back to lexington. The owner, Ashley bleached my hair, toned it, and it came out dark brown. My scalp was on fire, I had been there for 3 hours and my neck was hurting from being in the shampoo bowl and she told me she was going to have to strip the color and tone me AGAIN. at this point I’m worried about the damage to my hair and how my hair doesn’t match my 450$ extensions so I start crying. As I’m in the shampoo with toner on my hair, tears in my eyes, and not saying much, Ashley asks me “why do you act like this every time you come in here “ I said “because my hair is dark brown and my scalp hurts and I’ve been here for 4 hours and I’m spending almost 400$ for this !” She yelled and said “well then why do you come back?!” I’ve cancelled my appointments the rest of the day to fix YOUR hair, I have two sick kids at home I need to get back to and you’re over here crying. You can leave and let someone else fix your hair. Get tf out of my chair” Blamed me for my hair being brown, cursed at me, and kicked me out as I had toner in my hair. She told her assistant to “rinse her and get her out of my chair “. I was so shocked and upset I was shaking and crying. She tried to charge me 150$ for that awful experience. Best believe I did not pay. This business needs to be shut down, the owner does not know how to do hair and her customer service skills are non existent. Completely abusive to me and I’ve been a very loyal customer. Do not recommend and if I could have her shut down I definitely would.

I had just gone to fantastic sams here in Georgetown to get my blonde hair retouched and they completely ruined it! It had been BLEACHED twice and was so damaged. I called Rooted Salon the next day hoping to get it fixed. They had no available appointments, but when I told Ashley what happened she offered to stay after when she was going to get off work just to fix my hair. Immediately everyone in there was so nice and welcoming. She took the time to figure out how to best fix my hair and reassured me throughout the whole process. Attached are before and after pictures of when I came in and when I left. My hair felt so healthy and refreshed and she gave me a great price! Very personable and I could tell they take pride in doing hair and making sure their clients are happy. Highly recommend :)The owner Ashley completely saved my hair!
