I have been cutting my hair here for a few years now, never had any trouble. It had been about 6 months since I had went to see my usual stylist there. I left with a very displeasing cut. I thought maybe they was the description I had given because the lady I see usually did a very good job ( I used to brag and recommend her), but two weeks later I brought my little girl and gave a totally different description and she gave her the same horrible cut!! My fiancé’s barber retired and he’s gotten a few cuts here with bad results as well!! It seems like they just don’t care anymore and cut what they want regardless of what you ask for.

I went in wanting to get a shampoo and a cut, I had a few photos of the example bangs that I wanted (side swept), but I left with choppy, thick, straight across bangs. I was so embarrassed that I cried on the drive home. She didn’t even wash my hair. She just sat me down, took a 1.5 second glance at the photo and went to cutting. She didn’t talk to me, she acted like I was a huge inconvenience to her the entire time I was there. I’ve never felt so unwanted in a store in my life. I’ll never go back to this salon as long as she works there

I took my 4 year old back because we had a great experience the time before. Well the stylist we used b4 wasnt there so we tried a different stylist. Not only did the hair cut suck (the worst hes had ) but she charged me $15 when every time before it was only $10 and every other cut was done by a professional. Be careful who you get to do your hair and If you like your stylist there, be sure to get their name and only use that person. It’s a hit or miss situation and I won’t gamble on his hair again. Not worth it!!!

Went in last week to get a hair cut. When he got off his phone he asked how i wanted it cut. I said a 2 on the sides and trim up tbe top just a little bit. Well the whole time he keeps me facing away from the mirror. When he asks about the top again i say just trim in a little cause i dont have much to work with. Well when he finishes and i get to finally see the cut it looks as if he used a 2 on my whole head and left the little bit of bangs i have left with a curl. Never going back there again.
