Oh my wish I had taken a pic she can not cut hair for women at alli headed up with bare places and was shorter on one side I went back and showed her she just got a red face I won’t ever go to smart style ever again anywhere. The website will still let you make an appointment but they are closed due to a water heater issue. We have a great store here and it shouldn’t take so long to get a water heater in this place. Losing business and I’m sure employees, when they aren’t cutting hair or even open to buy product… Over an issue you’d think a company could solve in a day or two. I know when I recently had to get a guy over for my own water heater, they responded within a day. Just my thoughts, no negitive Outlook on the employees at all, just feel like this store could be helped out before it’s too late for them.

Paula is nosey and likes to stare all the time. Before, when she was at Great Clips, I’d heard she was sooo great so I went and requested her. MISTAKE!!!!! Never again did I do that. She messed up my hair pretty bad. She use to cut my sister’s mom’s hair, but could never get it even. One side would be way longer/shorter than the other, even when she would go back and ask her to fix it. She’s a friggin’ joke. I wouldn’t recommend using her…EVER!!!
