Will never return here. Haircut a week ago. Very unhappy with cut. It is uneven and did not do any thinning. Went in today to have it recut. When I got there stylist was sitting and looking at her phone. I asked about a haircut. She said she couldn’t do it because she had a client coming in for color. I asked how long until that appointment was. She said 20 minutes. I said I have had many cuts that took less time than that but she still refused. I said I was again very disappointed in SmartStyle. Her response…”that’s ok. You can be disappointed.”

Not a great experience. I never go into places like this thinking I will get a great haircut, you get what you pay for. This is the worst cut I have ever received. It’s uneven, layers are just chucks that she cut out, missed a whole section in the back. I called to let them know, not even asking for a refund. There was no apology, just an okay, I’ll talk to her. Again, I guess I got what I paid for, never again.

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve gotten my eyebrows waxed here. They left an entire bald spot on my eyebrow then left my eyebrows super thin when I asked to just shape them! That was all when I asked to speak to the manager the lady stood there and argued with me for about 10 minutes making a huge scene in front of the rest of the customers because she didn’t like the fact that I told the lady that did my eyebrows she messed up and I wanted my money back and speak to the manager! She refused to give us her name and never had the manager call us back! Then I’ve gotten my hair cut here they didn’t cut my hair the way I wanted it at all! Critical: ProfessionalismThe receptionist is not friendly and obnoxious obviously no customer service skills training. I got an express haircut and it was a mess. The stylist just did whatever she like to do to my hair and not based on what I told her. I hate this type of service when stylist tells you that they know what your explaining and requests but eventually will do what they think they wanted you to. The perception, understanding and communication of the stylist is not good. I am an Asian minority and she just did my hair for less than 3 mins and I feel like she just rushed through it. Didn’t even use a spray. Didn’t even blow dry or put some leave on conditioner after cutting. They said ITS NOT INCLUDED in the express haircut service. What a JOKE. $17 is not worth it. Save your money and avoid this salon inside Walmart and do yourself a favor. I don’t usually leave reviews but I just want to save people from being scammed. This is a Scam. The customer service was fine! It’s just the fact that I showed a picture and specifically said I didn’t want layers in my hair again and my hair is shorter then I said also she didn’t listen about the layers.
