Called ahead at 515 to make sure they were still open. Walked in at 530 and greeted myself. The woman working said she was closing soon and asked if I could come back a different day. She thought about more and agreed to sit me down in her chair. I asked for a bald fade. The woman said she doesn’t know how to do bald fades. I asked to get up and leave and she called me rude on the way out. Really? It was my first time trying this salon out. Can’t believe people like this work in customer service.

I called to see if there was time for walkins or needed to make an appt. I was hung up on, twice. Answered and hung up. It was a Male. When my mother got there he admitted to hanging up, saying he was busy ” what did you want me to do wait til you answered” he hadn’t even given me that option before hanging up. When my mother approached the entrance he was on his phone so she waited, not wanting to interrupt or be rude since he was also cutting hair at the time. Instead of asking how he could help her he stated “are you just going to stand there.” We will not be getting our haircut here at all with a very very rude employee like this. Looking for a corporate number you call. Feel very sorry that there are people so willing to not treat someone with enough respect when they were going to spend money at this establishment, customers pay the bills.
