Great customer service from the owner/Jim. Unfortunately, the fade done by another barber is nothing more than average, if that. In reviewing several days later, it’s also slightly uneven 🙁 $55 USD after tip is way too much for the results which took roughly about 25 minutes.

It’s a shame to have to write this review and give it my honest 2 stars, when this place had the potential for 4/5 stars. It needs lots of improvement in business and knowing how to delegate their second barber and only other barber on staff. Their experience on how to properly do this to push new clients to their second barber while keeping customers happy is very poor.

Luna is so talented ! I’ve literally tried so many other barbers before her, I have thick and course hair so it is difficult to work wit. I’ve been to barbers all over San Antonio from stone oak to medical center and even the south side, I’ve paid close to $80 for a haircut and still no one can come close to how Luna cuts hair, she is reasonably priced and she’s just such a unique and kind soul she is highly recommended! She was my sons first barber and was so patient and careful with him , again best barber I’ve met hands down!
