I went in for a very much needed haircut. I spoke with Rayna first at sign in. She was so sweet and answered all of my questions. The salon manager Taylor is the one that cut my hair and I remembered that she also cut my hair the last time which was a while ago and I remembered it was one of the best cuts I had had in quite a while. She was very nice and I appreciate that she didn’t rush through my cut. She took the time to make sure it was exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be back and let others know that smartstyle is a great place.

Joshua Serino here. My wife and I always book with Taylor. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve personally ever been as happy with any other stylist. Very talented, and I’m never disappointed. Once you develop a one on one relationship with a good hair stylist, they know exactly what you like. And she is the best one ever. Funny, I never thought I’d find such a professional at a Walmart, but we are so glad we did! My wife loves her too!

Firstly let me just say I love this place for two reasons. Its a friendly environment, and the people are very professional. My hair is always perfect after I am done. The color always amazing! And the stylist is a hoot! She is very funny and makes the longer appointments feel like no time passes at all. I even had my eyebrows waxed for the first time, I would love to say it didn’t hurt in the slightest but we all knowing waxing isn’t exactly pain free. But she really helped me through it! And I must admit my eyebrows looked amazing afterwards. I have never been disappointed when going to smart styles. I highly recommend going there.

So, I’m not one to leave a bad review about a business, but after this place, I believe it deserves this one. I go to Smartstyle in Walmart and one of the hairstylist asks what I needed help with and I just wanted my 4 year old son to have a quick haircut. The stylist told me they had no available spots and that I would have to wait until next Monday. 1. There was no else in the salon and 2. When I passed the salon to leave, the two stylists were sitting there on their phones. So, I’m not sure if qhat she told me was true or not, but I will not be going there anymore.
