Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThis place don’t even deserve a star, I walked in on a Saturday morning at 10:30 was told I could be seen at 4:00 so I looked online and scheduled online for 2:20 then went in at the appointment time I was told I would be seen between 4:30 or 5:00 and came back home seen on my email that my appointment was changed to 3:45. I just didn’t go back and went to great clip walked in got my hair cut within 30 minute. I set an appointment hours in advance got there just 1 minute late and waited for over an hour to get a simple buzz cut… After wait for that long i said screw it and got a haircut somewhere else. Terrible customer service.
