Amber is def the best Hair Daddy! She is the GOAT. She always takes her time explaining the dye and chemicals and any possible reactions. I have had two great experiences with receiving the hair color that I chose. Sarah listened, offered great advice, and followed through with great results. She listens to her customers intently and then performs what she does best. Her customers are happy knowing when they leave her chair she gave them what they wanted. When I came to Tennessee from Texas I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to find a stylist with the extensive experience in layering that my previous hair stylist had. My first stylist at Smart Style was Kim and I’ve been with her ever since. She is a highly trained stylist and does an exceptional job. She is professional, listens attentively to what I want as a customer, and does her best to meet my expectations. Thank you Kim for your dedication and putting your customers first.

Poor attitudes, inappropriate behavior and poor business practices. My personal stylist was still great and I always have asked for her and returned to her. Sarah has always went above and beyond. Even odd hour appointments to work around my schedule. But the negative energy seemed to effect her as well. Sadly I let everything go. Cut my hair off quit coloring everything. Just all to avoid the staff…..but I’m back now. Love the new management, and Sarah is great. Welcome Kim. The shop is feeling like old times again.
