they are AWFUL. i asked to have a bang trim i showed her a picture and me and my tom told her what exactly what i wanted she said she understood and i told her to stop when she was cutting my bangs for the 2nd time and she cut them WAYYY too short up to my forehead and they are so uneven. my first day of school is in one day and i look like this. idk what i’m gonna do i can’t fix it either, i’ve tried styling it and it looks so bad you can’t fix it. she’s horrible. never coming back ever. never go here please.

Made me feel stupid and terrible this time (been there once before). And expensive $33 plus $5 tip for 20 min just for shampoo and very quick hair cut which was not enough time. Left with hair soaking wet – could have handed me a blow dryer. The cut was not what I showed. They probably should shut down. I suggest going next door for nails and then somewhere else for hair.

I have never left an upsetting review before . I walked in and they looked upset by it , didn’t ask what I wanted n was so unwelcoming, I truly felt like they hated I came, I show.a photo of a style I like to the older woman with the pixie Grey hair a photo of the bangs i would like she looked annoyed and said she can’t see what I wanted from the photos, I said I have a video if you would like, she said no not needed, she sprayed my hair down. And starts combing thru so hard she was yanking on my head I actually ended up have to grab my head and call outt in pain because it hurt so much, she didn’t say a word and acted as though she wasn’t phased or cared that she was hurting me, it was so weird, after a few minutes of cutting she let me know I was finished. My hair was wet and she didn’t dry it so I couldn’t see the style n I have never had bangs before so I asked her how should I style them, she just coldly answered “you don’t. Just leave them”, and sent me on my way. I have never felt like I bothered someone so muchfor asking for there services and have never been treated so low like I didn’t exist, and I still don’t know how to style my bangs lol

It was before 3:30pm the gate was down and the woman with 2 lol ones was locking up. I asked when she was opening tomorrow and she told me. Then I said I thought you were open today until 5. He response, kind of snotty like I was bothering her, today’s Saturday and we close at 2. Okay I’m shocked because there was no notification on the website. I could have called but it’s rather show up in person so I can see what they have in stock. I’ll drive to Melbourne and pay more. I walked in to get a haircut around 6 pm, two hours before closed,and the black woman that works there while eating something looks at me and just says tommorow. So i say what? And she replies tommorow. I say oh your closed? And she says no but I have people waiting motioning around the corner in which no one was there, so I said ok and walked away. This woman was completely unprofessional and it seemed like she just did not want to cut anyone else’s hair and I was an annoyance to her by even being there. I will not be back tommorow she lost my business
