I suppose to got a silk press..but wasn’t anything silk about it. The girl cut my ends but cut off more hair than I expected. They’re customer service isn’t that great. When she washed my hair it felt like she was scrubbing my brains out, my scalp was hurting. My silk press last for maybe two days….I’ve had a silk press before n it last for weeks!! A waste of $100!! Never again!!

I do not usually do this but lately I’ve been very unsatisfied with this location. The Employees at this location (Deans Bridge) is so unprofessional and unorganized. I set a appointment for my daughter on a Thursday afternoon to get a blowout. Scheduled it for a Monday slot; got a call from Smart Styles on a Saturday, and one of the woman told me “oh, I don’t know why they scheduled you for that day, but we actually are booked.” The tone was nasty, and just unprofessional. I hope that this is seen by one of them and they’ll all do better as a whole when it comes to customer service.

Came in and was put on the wait list for a kids cut & was quoted an hour. We wasted a lot of time shopping and 40 mins later after we checked out we stopped back in to check on the time and was informed they wouldn’t be doing anymore cuts today. But we could come back tomorrow. Needless to say that we won’t be back . We went to Cindy’s Hairsalon off of Peach Orchard and they were wonderful with my 6 year old.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWent after church to get me and my sons hair cut. Gave my number and was told 15 minutes. Shopped around Walmart for 30 minutes. Checked in was told 5-10 minutes. Went walking around again 30 minutes later came back and the lady who was in line when I went back again the 1st time was paying for her cut. They would not take any appointments when I called earlier. I believe this was because I am a white male everyone else there was not white. Everyone was a black female. I left after waiting 90 minutes they finally called me, I told them I was already at home and that they are very unprofessional.Went after church to get me and my sons hair cut.
