I absolutely love coming to this salon. When you walk in, you feel like you’re family. Everyone wants to make sure you look your absolute best. They are always attentive, and even if they are booked solid, they try their absolute best to squeeze you in. Amber is my stylist, and she makes sure I don’t leave with a hair out of place. She guides me in the right direction if I would like to change up the style and cut of my hair. The salon overall is clean, friendly, warm, and inviting. I wouldn’t want to go to any other place.

When i arrived for my appointment, i was ushered back to the shampoo bowl by Lauren with no consultation, nor was i asked for a shampoo preference. The water went from cold to hot, and the shampoo experience itself was nothing to write home about. After my lackluster shampoo i was directed to a stylist’s chair where i pulled up my reference photos and we had an extremely brief consultation. I could forgive what happened next if the salon had been bustling, but it was not.Lauren proceeded with my cut, making chit chat as we professional stylists do. I had my head down as directed and i noticed TWO large clumps of HAIR on the floor , from two different people. During my cut, the phone rang twice, and one customer came in to wait. I was then styled and i paid. Never once was i given the option or opportunity to see the BACK of my head. I got home and looked to find a hack job that should never have been let out of beauty school! Lines all over the place. Nothing is blended. Lauren, honey, do you not own a pair of thinning shears? Or do you not know how to use them? What about a set of clippers? They provide a smooth even cut without you having to spend time blending out your chop marks.The back of my head looks like a child hacked away at her doll. Why is Lauren allowed to work unsupervised? She obviously needs assistance and further training. Put her on a mannequin until she figures out how to cut. I wanted a spiral perm which took a long time to roll but he was very nice to chat with and had to stop a few times to assist walk-ins or answer the phone and was very apologetic.
