After growing my hair out for a specific haircut it is way shorter than I wanted it. Plus there is a chunk missing behind my one ear & it’s driving me crazy. Not sure how long it will take for my hair to grow back out enough to get it fixed. Overall horrible service, girl acted like she couldn’t get me out of there fast enough. And when I tried to tell her the sides weren’t quite right, she acted like she was getting aggravated with me & just wanted to get to the next customer. I was a walk in but if she didn’t have the time & had to rush she should have just told me to come back! Also never offered a shampoo or blow dry after. So she didn’t style it or anything just sprayed my hair chopped it & sent me on my way. I showed her pictures, she looked at them once & the results are not the same. Worst hair salon experience I’ve ever had. Very disappointed & wish now I had gone somewhere else.

Just walked in, and was hoping I could be been seen since I have such a busy schedule. Sue was able to take me right in and do a amazing job on my hair. This place used to be great but,since the manager change, I’ve had nothing good to say for the last few months! The first month my hair cut was all messed up I had do some self fixing. The second month I walked in for my appointment (scheduled a month ahead) and she was doing someone else’s hair. Ended up doing both of us at the same time. This last time I forgot what time my appointment was and called only to be asked what am I doing for you and then she said oh I can’t do you today I have an emergency! I was at the store 10 minutes later to do my shopping which I normally do after my hair appointment,only to see someone with long hair in her chair getting foils done! I will never go there again! By the way the manager was my hair dresser. Bye bye good tipper!

Critical: QualityI went for a perm yesterday and the manager is the one I got. Absolutely the worst perm and haircut I have ever got in my life. She did not rinse the perm solution out very good so therefore the back lower half did not curl. Then I asked for layers and she left pieces 2 inches longer on one side than the other.
