The employees spend more time talking to each other than paying attention to cutting your hair. The last time I was there for a cut I had to remind her to finish cutting the other side of my head. I still came home with layers on one side literally an inch longer than the other side!! The manager is moody & is constantly complaining about the other employees in front of customers. They don’t listen to how you want your hair done. I gave it a few tries but never again.

I got the best perm and cut that I have ever received in 52 years. And I am an ex-stylist myself. Christina did amazing work. Did exactly as I requested and the result was better than I anticipated. Really not the best I went there for a haircut because my hair is really long first off it being in Walmart is already sketchy enough but I can’t say much about that because It looks really nice in there and also you can kill 2 birds with one stone by cutting your hair then shopping after. Okay now lets begin on what is really bad about this place so starting off with not even careing about the customers hair they go very quickly and very hard they constantly tell you to put your head in different places and it’s really wonky for me I had abounch of hair in my face that was cut they didn’t even use the little brush to wipe it for the cost of 23$ it’s not even remotely close to good they cut it so bad to the point where you can see your own scalp and it’s really anyoying for the haircut I got it should be 15$ not trying to be a angry Karen but just don’t go here unless you want to become bald I literally had to go into Walmart to buy a hat just to cover how bad it is i wouldn’t recommend or go again!

Critical: ProfessionalismI had booked my appointment online for the following day. I showed up at least 5 minutes early for my appointment. When the next available stylist asked me if they could help me I told them I was there for highlights and a cut. The women had told me that they wouldn’t have time to perform what I wanted today. I told her I had made an appointment and again she said that they wouldn’t be able to do it today and asked if I wanted to reschedule. She said that I should have received an email that it was cancelled. I simply walked out on her without another word. I live 45 minutes away and would have liked to receive an email or phone call that it was cancelled ahead of time. My appointment was for 1045 and I literally got an email saying my appointment was cancelled at 1040. It was my first time going and was able to get a walk-in, I couldn’t believe my luck! My stylist was friendly and knowledgeable and the salon itself was incredibly clean and well kept, and the hair cut I walked out with us one in super happy with. I think I found my new favorite place to go!

I made an appointment to have a spiral perm done. That was fine, she quoted me a price which I thought was pretty great since I had long hair (almost to my waist) as well as a time frame of how long it was going to take. I was the first appointment that morning and waited to be seen for about 15 minutes, which was fine. I told her what I wanted and then showed her a picture I had found online. She discusses it with another clinician which probably should have made me head for the door but I really wasn’t feeling she was incompetent. First I get the wash and she can barely get a brush threw it, felt like she was trying to rip my hair out.Then she puts conditioner in it to comb and cut it which then required another wash and combing. Finally after about 4 hours my hair is in rollers and ready to be processed. 3 hours later my hair looks like it’s fried, I’ve been put under a dryer; She cut it again after she was done and tried to say it was damaged from highlights I got 18 months ago. My hair is fried from about 2 inches away from my scalp and barely reaches my bra strap. After 7 hours I left feeling like I had wasted not only my whole day but also being charged an additional 40 because I HAD long hair before I went there. I was told I would have to go back to get conditioning treatments to help repair the damage caused by the perm. 72 hours later I washed it and found I have no curls, I barely have waves and all it does is frizz, not to mention the hand full of hair that break off daily. If all you want is a perm don’t go here. My mistake was trusting them to know how to perform a task they were trained to do and not charging me extra for hair I no longer have due to damage caused by trusting them.

Not only did i wait, the “” shampoo”” and conditioner was terrible, it left my hair feeling greasy, sticky, and oily. I went home right after and had to wash my hair, blow-dry, and straighten it again. The stylist complained the entire time and made me feel awful just because I have long hair, I smiled and left, the entire time feeling icky.
