The dark chestnut color is my natural hair (all virgin over 10 years). The beautiful copper Auburn is after a stunning lift (hand painted, so in love) and choosing Auburn as the direction I allowed Kalysha to determine the tone to result in a lovely balayage. I asked for something that complements my pale complexion and she did a fantastic job. She is very personable and easy going. I don’t intend on going anywhere else again. Ladies, gents, those in between and out of bounds, come treat yourself to all your beauty treatment needs. It’s worth every penny. I haven’t tried anything other than hair, but I have high hopes for each offered treatment. I’m so excited. Just do it

I recently was gifted a gift card to use at this business. The gift card specifically stated for wash, cut, style manicure and pedicure. I was able to book an appointment with ease and being that it’s the holidays, I was pleased with how quickly they got me in. The text message reminders were great. Honestly that was probably the best thing about my entire experience. When I arrived at my appointment I was brought right over to have my hair washed. The stylist talked to her coworker the entire time about how much she had to drink the night before. She never checked with me to see if the temperature of the water, which was hardly warm, was okay. She got me into the seat and asked me maybe 2 questions then cut and styled my hair. Although my hair cut was cute, I felt like the process was extremely fast and she never cut it the way she said she was going to. After I was off to get a pedicure and manicure. I liked the lady who provided this service as she was very gentle and knowledgeable. However, my gel manicure started chipping to the point that I took them off only 2 days later. I also asked if the gel manicure cost more and she told me there was a special for the month on the peppermint scrub she used on me so it wouldn’t matter. However at the end of the appointment, I was charged an additional $10. It’s not much, but the gift card said what the services paid for were, which indicates those services were already paid for. I don’t typically leave reviews, but for the amount of money that was spent, gift card or not, I shouldn’t have had my nails peel 2 days later, and I wish my experience was more relaxing. It felt very rushed and unprofessional. It was my first time there and most certainly my last.

My mother and I went here to get pedicures with Pam. She was very friendly and attentive during the 2 hours we were there. This was a much needed break for us, and Pam made it extra relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely be returning in the future for this and other services with Pam. Pedicure

Critical: Professionalism, QualityGot appointments for my kids for basic trendy short cuts. The stylists we booked with were apparently busy, so a 19 year old took it upon herself to take over. She reportedly took a quick look at photos they’d brought, and went to work. They asked if they wanted a wash, to which they responded yes, but were told that they’d just spray it quick instead. They are both crying now because their hair is so far from what they wanted. This is no better than a bargain center salon, with unskilled inexperienced people with no supervision, only more expensive. Very disappointed. Got appointments for my kids for basic trendy short cuts. The stylists we booked with were apparently busy, so a 19 year old took it upon herself to take over. She reportedly took a quick look at photos they’d brought, and went to work. They asked if they wanted a wash, to which they responded yes, but were told that they’d just spray it quick instead. I was set up for a natural set but when I got there I asked can I get a long hybrid set and she told me that was fine she can do it. I got done and my eyelashes looked the same as I walked in. I have short eyelashes and mines didn’t look no different. I was angry because I paid $165 for my eyes to look the same and it’s 7/24/21 and they are already coming off it’s so bad. I recommend you to not go here and get your eyelash extensions they are over priced. Im from NYC and I would go there and get them done under $80 and Syracuse under $100. So I recommend not to go here for eyelash extensions, any other service maybe I wouldn’t know.
