Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI made an appointment for my 4 year old son Hunter yesterday in hopes that his “quarantine haircut” his dad gave him could be fixed. His stylist was Deseray and I explained to her that Hunter is autistic and that he may not sit still all too often so its usually a struggle anytime I take him to a salon. She was so patient and accommodating with him even when he decided to hang his head over the side of the chair. I am very grateful for her effort and understanding of him and his needs! I will definitely bring him back for future appointments with her. I made an appointment for my 4 year old son Hunter yesterday in hopes that his “quarantine haircut” his dad gave him could be fixed. His stylist was Deseray and I explained to her that Hunter is autistic and that he may not sit still all too often so its usually a struggle anytime I take him to a salon. Critical: ProfessionalismMy Whole family has been using this salon since it 1st opened.. For year’s we have had No problems until today! My husband made an appointment by phone..we drove the 20 minutes to Farmington…He checked in a Deserrie said “I’ll be right with you, your next.. Appointment was at 11.. we stand outside and wait for his turn.. At 11:28 she’s ready, but not for him! She tells him.. Sorry I can’t take you, the other girls not here..so you can’t get a haircut today.. I have another client and took the people there after us.. WHY WOULD SHE COME OUT AND SAY TO HIM PERSONALLY..”YOUR NEXT!” NO MENTION OF ANOTHER GIRL DIDN’T SHOW UP YET SO SORRY YOU CAN’T GET YOUR HAIRCUT! Really not a good way to treat customer’s… Especially someone who has used your services for year’s! Lost customer’s today.. My Whole family has been using this salon since it 1st opened.. For year’s we have had No problems until today! My husband made an appointment by phone..we drove the 20 minutes to Farmington…He checked in a Deserrie said “I’ll be right with you, your next..
