Critical: Punctuality, QualityLet’s talk about how much of a disappointment my appointment was:I booked an appointment today for as soon as they opened, so 9 am. I get there (on time mind you) and they’re not ready for me. That’s fine I wait. 15 minutes after the start of my booking is when I get called. The stylist barely addressed me barely looked at me. I brush that off too. I get it, it’s early. I ask to get my hair trimmed (about 2in-3in off). And without asking any questions, (like how do you split your hair, do you want to keep it layered or equal length, etc) she just parts my hair down the middle and starts cutting. 10 minutes later she drapes my hair over my shoulder (looking like she barely cut anything and just made it all the same length) and tells me she’s done. Only than did she ask me if I had wanted it layered. It was uneven and I was over it so I just said no. Didn’t even ask if I want it styled (I had booked a cut and style). Just gave me total. At this point I’m just ready to leave so I just paid and left. Let’s talk about how much of a disappointment my appointment was:

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueSuch a great experience! My son is thirteen and autistic, and she was so good with him. He usually doesn’t like his haircuts, but with this one he was showing it off to everyone saying Look at this haircut lol! She was amazing, will be going back to see her again.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityCalled to see if I needed to make an appointment for a simple hair trim. Was told no, they weren’t busy. Got there and girl said I would need to wait 45 minutes. So I waited… Two hours later, the girl said it would be at least another 20-30 minutes because they were short handed. Why didn’t she tell me this when I called and recommend I make an appointment???!!! Never going back there!!!UPDATE:. I received a response saying I could call the District Leader to discuss this. I tried calling the number and it went straight to voicemail with a message that the mailbox was full. Called to see if I needed to make an appointment for a simple hair trim. Was told no, they weren’t busy. Got there and girl said I would need to wait 45 minutes. So I waited… Two hours later, the girl said it would be at least another 20-30 minutes because they were short handed.
