After 3 or 4 failed nail salon experiences one week after the other- I finally landed on this gem of a nail salon. I have been going every week or 2 since then. Recommended by a friend and I am so thankful for that! They are time efficient and friendly, and do a great job. Kevin and Douglas are 2 of my favorites, but they are all great. Great group of nail techs and great salon. I would recommend calling and making an appointment, even if it’s just the morning of. Highly recommend!

I took my fiance and son here for their first pedicures. This was our first time at this specific place. This place is really amazing and bigger than other nail salons. Plus they had separate spots for kids to get a pedicure which I thought was super cute. They had football on this huge tv which I loved. Overall, I would recommend but I just have a few minor complaints. The first one is we had an appointment at 2pm. My fiance called and said we would be 5 minutes late. We came in and the guy who helped us asked if we had an appointment and I said yes at 2. He then glanced at the clock and asked us to check in. He never said we would be waiting 20 more minutes for our appointment. Also my son was waiting and waiting while my fiance and I had our pedicures and then when the lady was done with him, she didn’t say he was done. He was asking me if he was done and I didn’t know. She also used a hot stone on his legs and he said it was too hot. They should be careful with using a hot stone on children. He’s only 11! But, overall, my fiance and son enjoyed it and said they would get one again so thats plus:)

I had an appointment to get pedicures with a friend. My friend’s pedicure began and was completed while I sat in the chair next to her, waiting 45 minutes, until Douglas came to do my mani-pedi. The woman who did my friend’s pedicure made several attempts to up-sell. Then Douglas proceeded to do the same. He asked if I’d like my callouses done and then said it would cost extra. He asked if I’d like my fingernails buffed to a shine and said it would be $5 extra. The basic mani-pedi was $52 and Douglas rushed through it. The massage was totally insignificant, lasting a moment, and was a big disappointment. I’ve been here many times but I’m not receiving the service I’ve had in the past … so I’ll have to find somewhere else to go.

Got my nails done here and waiting over 20 minutes to be seen for my appointment asked for manicure and pedicure said sure come at 12. Got my nails done and it wasnt the colors I showed the guy at all. Even before he put it on I said I wanted a mint green not a blue, and wanted pastel colors and he said yes it is I have done these colors before. Annoyed I paid 55$ for something that looks nothing like the picture. And then after my nail appointment told me I had to wait another 15 min if I wanted my pedicure which I declined obviously. Don’t recommend this place. Posted a picture of what I wanted and what I got ♀️

They have nobody in front to check you in, they yell across the room to explain what you want. I had my toes painted with gel here on a Sunday and one toe polish peeled off on Monday. I went back in to have them fix my one toe and was willing to pay even though I should not, but they told me it would be an hour wait, sorry. Rude and don’t take pride in their work. I will not come back in an hour. I will never come back to this business.

My first visit wasn’t good but i went back hoping it was an isolated incident. Unfortunately I had the same experience of making an appointment and then waiting 30+ minutes with no attention, explanation or anything.. This second time, i left without getting my nails done because I didn’t have time to wait past my appointment. I live in Heritage Ranch so i wasted a lot of time and gas for not being able to get my nails done. I suggest the owners handle their schedule better and honor appointment times if you want to survive. There’s plenty of other places to go!

One of the worst man/pedi experiences I’ve ever had. I had an appointment but they took walk-ins before me. Handed me off to other staff three times. Were exceedingly rude because I needed one nail touched up. They were yelling at each other. And I left with my cuticles bleeding. Stay away!!

I took my toddler (2.5) in here for her first mani/pedi, along with myself getting a pedicure. I wasn’t sure how my daughter was going to be. She ended up getting a little fussy but the nail techs helped me so much with her, they tried to keep her busy while I was getting my pedicure. They did a fantastic job painting a squirmy toddlers toes and nails! They went over and beyond and I’m so thankful for Sky nails. This has always been my favorite spot but I love it even more now after today’s experience. Thank you so much

Went for the Deluxe pedicure and noticed as a male they do not offer to do your nails they do not offer anything that they offer the same for females for the same price. She just walked away before offering even a clear coat…. not impressed
