Just a bad experience.Nail artist was 40 mins late then rushed through my pedicure and manicure. Did a very very bad manicure. They did comp my pedicure which was nice but even so, there are better places. Also, not a fan of the stiff upright bench for the pedicure stations, not comfortable. Pictures are what I wanted vs what I got.

My 20-year-old daughter and I visited Frenchies for her very first manicure on 9/9/22. It was a great experience! We were greeted immediately and assisted to pick out colors. Our manicure started promptly. Our nail technicians kept the conversation flowing and did a beautiful job on our nails! We were asked on several occasions throughout the manicure if the color was good, the shape was good etc…It was a very clean place without a lot of harsh chemical smells which we loved. Definitely recommend!

I will start off by saying the place is clean and the staff are pretty friendly. In all my years of going to nail salons never have I ever had gel polish chip off in big chunks within 2 days of application. Also, when I had my pedicure there was no massage! Over $70 for a pedicure and it was so basic. My final gripe is that I am tall and it was very uncomfortable on the pedicure bench to not be able to adjust the distance from where I was sitting to where they needed my feet. In other salons with massage chairs you can usually adjust the chair’s distance. For the prices I definitely expected my polish to last longer and to get a basic massage with the pedicure. Very disappointed overall.

My first time going I was very excited as I had received a gift certificate. When I arrived my nail artist was ready and accommodating to my design request. I walked out very happy. Until just a couple days later I realized that my nails had already chipped and cracked. For a gel manicure and especially for the price point that I payed I expected a gel manicure to last me at least a week. Unfortunately it did not. I’m glad I had a gift certificate because I would not spent the money for the product I received again.

Their online scheduling is so frustrating it makes me not even want to go there. It says it will let you book more than one person (only wanted to book myself and a friend) and it won’t allow after I already paid for one. You’re better off to go down the block to the other salon.

The staff are always welcoming, it’s very clean, and doesn’t have the heavy nail salon smell thanks to their choice of products. Only downside is scheduling, highly recommend you book way in advance.

While the place is clean and staff is friendly, this place is waaaay over priced for the work. Not even a week after my pedicure and the gel polish came completely off one of my toes and more are popping up. Left disappointed in the price in the first place and now I am even more disappointed.
