Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismIf I could give it no stars I would. I came in and asked if they were open because they all had their coats on. They proceeded to speak to me in another language and pushed me over to choose a colour. When I got to the table the man was very rushed, changed the colour half way through, didn’t clean up the mess he made on them, added way too much too coat, cut the skin on my finger and managed to get nail polish behind my nails and then he expected me to tip him! He refused to let me go until I gave him a tip. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else. It took them over an hour to fix the mess they made! Never going there again. They proceeded to speak to me in another language and pushed me over to choose a colour.
