I get my nails done ever 3-4 weeks and last night was the first time I have ever been here. I am not one to leave negative reviews, but I feel an obligation to deter new customers from this salon as this was the worst experience I have ever encountered at a nail salon. My friend and I both had an appointment at 5:30pm for a full set, yet we didn’t leave the salon until 8:00pm because they had to completely redo my friends nails and to my surprise, her nails are the worst I have EVER seen. I requested a very simple design with white tips, that needed to be redone 10 times per finger!! My friend asked for matte, with a small moon design on one nail, but what she left with was black dip powder ALL over her hands, glossy nails, and no moon design. We were never communicated with as to why she needed to start her nails from scratch at 7:00. My nails also took 2.5 hours to complete and never in my life have nails taken that long. My friend and I both offered to leave and come back tomorrow since they were closed by the time they decided to restart her nails without telling us and we were trying to be accommodating, but they didn’t accept our offer, still made us pay full price and left my friends hands looking like a toddler’s art project. I have never been more disappointed and surprised that they would let her leave with her hands looking like this. We received no apology, no explanation, no discount, and the worst looking nails I have EVER seen. Don’t go here, I promise you’ll regret it!

They did a good job . The one who made my nail, she is very thorough and cleaned. What i did notice was , in these place there is no such thing as a weekdays or weekend , theyre always busy .. Customer’s are come and go… Price is not bad at all either.. keep up the good work .. my husband and i will always be your customer. Thank you.

He did an amazing job. Length was long and the stilleto shape was perfect. Nails weren’t too thin or too thick. My pinky nail did break the next day is the only complaint. He did an awesome job and even gave me a referral to a barber for my son! Thanks Steven! The first thing I encountered was the language barrier and lack of communication. They assume you know what to do (which I clearly didn’t) and make no effort to explain things other than pointing. The pedicure was decent, except the part where he tried to stuff my feet into these small bags for the paraffin wax. Do you not have another size bag for bigger feet? I guess not. The guy who helped me looked like mentally he was on another planet and made no effort to engage me during the process. So much for customer service. Also the so called massage was him just rubbing lotion on. I wonder if it’s different for women. The chair they had me in was moved too far forward and one woman that worked there noticed the perplexed look on my face as I attempted to adjust it and said something. Glad she was there.

I went to take my friend to fix her nails. They took her in did an amazing job. Fixed her birthday nails and made her day. The nails also looked exactly like the reference photo. She will most definitely be coming back to this place.

3 strikes you’re out. Never again will I return. Sky nails is under new management and I’ve tried to give them chance after chance to do the professional work that was there before. however I’m not going to pay someone to be rude to me and treat me with the disrespect they did today. This is not a place that I would suggest. I repeated my request and how I preferred things and was constantly ignored. When I suggest to please just finish up so I could get things fixed elsewhere the tech just went through the motions and then over charged me. When I called to talk with the manager I was denied. When I asked for a fix I was denied and when I asked for a refund, I was told that would not happen and they hung up. I’m sorry you are having a bad day, I am sending the good mojo so you have a better day. However I will not be sending you any referrals or recommendations. Please try to have respect and pride in your work and do the right thing…All people matter!
