Came in today with my two sisters. Immediately after saying my sister wanted black french tips with gel polish, she was shoved away to begin. Nail dust covered every surface, and nail debris was on the files he used. Did not wash his hands, or sanitize his tools. A woman did my sisters nails and did a semi decent job on her purple french tips. I asked for gel manicure with a cute little flower design, and got something that looks like a child did it. He got polish all over me and my youngest sisters nails, which burned us when put under the light. One of the most unprofessional and unsanitary places i have ever been in my life. Do not bring anyone here!

Got a gel manicure on a Saturday. Gel was peeling by Sunday.. they are closed so I couldn’t get them to fix it. I was only in town for the weekend. The picture attached is how my nails looked on MONDAY! Called and was told they could fix it when I come back.. I live in Charlotte.. this was a complete waste of time and money! I paid for nothing!

It was terrible it’s a horrible experience me and my mom went to go get our nails done for my birthday weekend, they did our nails terrible and they was sanding down my natural nail to the point that I was bleeding and my nails look horrible and i got them done a few days ago and the guy that did my nails was rude as heck Acrylic nails, Gel manicures

Critical: ProfessionalismI went recently With my daughter and friend. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I do not know the guy’s name that did my mani pedi but he was the rudest person I’ve ever met. First when I arrived he seemed annoyed and to be in a rush. He started with my feet. The service was pleasant but lazy. Once he found out that I did not want tips or gel color he seemed disinterested in finishing the project. I did not get the full mani pedi experience but he still charged me the full price. I think they based their customer service on who may be a big tipper or not which is not smart because a paying customer is a paying customer. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have tried many nail salons and needless to say I didnt go back.I been using Happy Nails ever since my first visit.Their techs never change, their pedicures are unique and manicures are amazing.Highly recommend and yes they use face masks in their establishment!!

The workers are friendly. The shop has recently changed ownership. The prices have gone up, and the spa feel has been taken away. The menu services have been severely cut. The man who worked on my nails speaks English well. The one drawback is that he thinks everyone wants to hear all of his political opinions. Visiting the nail salon should be a relaxing experience and we should not be “forced” to listen to a constant flow of political opinion. He nicked me 3 times because he was so caught up in “entertaining” the room. No one was entertained. It would be best if he remained quiet and just did his job.

We had a very bad experience here . The gentleman who did our nails was too interested in the soccer game to pay attention to the manicures . We had to ask several times for him to fix his mistakes , but still ended up having to pay full price for an absolutely terrible and sloppy manicure . We had to come home and completely re-do our own nails. The gentleman’s nails were also long , and extremely dirty . We will NEVER return, and can in no way ever recommend this salon .
