Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI found Michelle Jones on Instagram and immediately fell in love with her lips. I called in June to make an appointment and couldn’t get in to see her until Dec (that is how AMAZING she is). The front desk women at Skin Spirit Burlingame go above and beyond, especially Rachael who I had such great conversation with the first time I visited; she is welcoming and so personable. She knew how eager I was to get in and was able to move my appointment up to Oct. (because I was on Michelle’s waitlist and called consistently to see if they had an opening, not because I’m special ha). She even came in to check on how it was going during my appointment.Needless to say, my appointment was perfect. Michelle is such a professional and has a wonderful, kind way about her. She is extremely informative and answered my 20 questions with patience and understanding. She gave me the most gorgeous lips I have EVER had (and I have been getting my lips done for the past 6 years). She made my shape more pronounced which no one had ever done before. She didn’t overfill at all – they look natural and oh so perfect. She also recommended I get a bit of filler in my chin to balance out my profile and it made the biggest difference! No one had ever suggested that either. She is meticulous and looked at me from every angle ensuring everything was even. She is the best. I found Michelle Jones on Instagram and immediately fell in love with her lips. I called in June to make an appointment and couldn’t get in to see her until Dec (that is how AMAZING she is).
