Dr. T is one of the most warm and caring people I have ever met, and he is a perfectionist at everything he does. Cheryl, who is owner and manager is an absolute pleasure to talk to and is a wonderful resource when discussing the best procedure or product for your aesthetic goals. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the field, as well as welcoming and kind, which is important given I was always nervous about new procedures. I throughly enjoy every time I have an appointment there and look forward to my next. The office is spotlessly clean and has a relaxing environment and friendly staff. Dr. Townsend has done over 14,000 blepharoplasties just check out his credentials…he’s been doing this for a very long time he’s an expert in his craft. Beyond his extreme intelligence he is truly talented he’s very creative and that’s what you want in a surgeon, someone who has a skill set of artistry!Dr. Townsend is so down to earth so kind, so good-natured and has a playful fun personality and is so easy to talk with and his wife Cheryl is (his counterpart ) exactly like that! They both are extremely intelligent, down to earth, lovely, kind warm, patient and informative. They truly share so much of the process and put you at ease.Their staff mimics their nature, expertise and work ethic…The nurse Jen who worked with Dr. Townsend during my procedure is intelligent, experienced and efficient. I’ve done 3 IPL facial treatments and 4 chemical peels with Reeli and had the best experience. I was new to the med spa world when I approached SkinHealth Centers and was unsure who to trust. Cheryl, the founder, reached out to address my questions as did Reeli, the aesthetician who performed my consultation. She explained everything to me step-by-step before and during the procedures so I knew exactly what to expect. I highly recommend.

Critical: ProfessionalismRecently my husband went to see Dr. Townsend for a surgical and injectable consultation. It was a Saturday and the doctor was running a bit behind schedule, which was not a problem at all for us. It happens. But, there was an older woman who was clearly rushing the doctor along. She was very abrasive and condescending in the way that she spoke to the doctor and the girl that was working the front desk. Pretty unprofessional.The consultation actually went great. Dr. Townsend answered all of our surgical questions. He is lovely and also made us laugh a lot.Because he was running behind, the older woman I mentioned earlier, came in to talk about injectables. It turns out that she is Dr. Townsend’s wife and CEO of SkinHealth. Her name is Cheryl. We were not a fan. She should be a bit nicer to her husband and staff! It happens. But, there was an older woman who was clearly rushing the doctor along.
