If you are looking for a place that is professional, clean, and understanding this is the one to go to. I have been doing treatments for laser hair removal for the past year here and the results are amazing, the staff is very nice and understanding and will make sure you feel comfortable. I had one of my sessions with Elena and she was by far the most understanding, sweet, and easy to talk to person. She was extremely thorough with my session. I also had Botox for the first time on my forehead today with Allison and she was answering all of my questions and making sure that I was okay throughout the process. By far the best experience!

If you’re looking for a super professional and clean place to establish yourself with all sorts of self care treatments, I highly recommend Skin Tight Med Spa in Acton. The place is always spotless and the staff is extremely professional and welcoming. I have been going there for about a year for laser hair removal with Madi and am so happy with my results. No matter what shape or size you are, you will leave there always feeling beautiful.

This place is clean and tidy. The service was good. The faces of those working there change a lot. I think this has everything to do with why those working the desk stare at you when you walk in, instead of greeting you with a welcoming smile or “hi, come on in!” It’s almost as though they are afraid of what you’re going to say. But once you state your business, they seem to relax, seem more friendly. The women who I interacted with inside the treatment room were nice. This behavior isn’t unique to this spa. I find many spas tend to make me feel like I’m an outsider stepping in to a bar who only serves regulars. I encourage you to get over that and just have your service here though. As I said, they are clean and have good deals.

Highly recommend! All of the staff are welcoming and so friendly! I went in for a consultation and they helped me choose a perfect treatment plan while being extremely thorough. I received my first Botox treatment along with scheduling a follow up, facial and lip fillers. I’m looking forward to future appointments with Allison, she’s phenomenal!

This spa is always exceptionally clean and really beautiful. The staff here is top notch and always super friendly. Allison has been doing my Emsculpt and she is attentive and comforting throughout the treatment. I have completed 5 sessions and I’m already seeing major results. Highly recommend!!

I went for the Emsculpt Neo at skin tight med spa in Acton. I am so happy with the results as I lost inches to my waist and feel that my abs are tighter and flatter.When I started I was about 160 lbs and after my treatment I was down to 147 lbs. The place is nice and everyone that worked that were very accommodating and professional. The place is very clean and has a relaxing vibe. I highly recommend skin tight med spa. I will definitely be a repeat client.

Everyone has been so professional and friendly along the way and I am seeing significant results after just hitting the halfway mark in my treatment. It was so hard to make appointment for botox (it is a lie for walk in are welcome). I had to wait at least for 4 weeks to get one. I can’t even use my credit that I have leftover from the last time because they just rented a room for private nurse to do her own. She took care her payment directly to her own square payment. I don’t mind that at all. However I spoke to whoever in charge. She told me that she called and informed me herself about how things changed (it was another lie) she was really insulted my intelligence by lied in front of my face that she spoke to me. I really don’t want to go back there anymore so I requested to get a refund back form my stored credit. There was 4 people at the front desk but on one can help me. One of the girls said she will call me back in 24 hours(lied again). I called to follow-up after 24 hours. They said they will get back to me by the end of the day. Now nobody contacted me yet(lied again). What a shame how they handled this business. They were not professional and customer services were unexceptable. I heard bad things about this skintight medspa from my girls alot, but they were so nice not to write the reviews. I hope this will end soon!

Honest feedback…Save your $$ for plastic surgery. Some very talented staff however COO hires only besties which makes for a college dorm level of professionalism in the workplace. Not a real job.
