Critical: ProfessionalismI am writing this before 6 PM on a Sunday when it shows they close. There is a man at the desk. The door is locked. I showed up early enough to get a haircut. He didn’t even bother to acknowledge my presence. I only have 1 day off a week and now I have to wait another week to get my hair cut. I am writing this before 6 PM on a Sunday when it shows they close. There is a man at the desk. The door is locked. I showed up early enough to get a haircut. He didn’t even bother to acknowledge my presence. I only have 1 day off a week and now I have to wait another week to get my hair cut. I called another Great Clips location close by and they said if I could get there they would be happy to cut my hair. Unprofessional to the max. Thanks for nothing.

No, just no. I took my daughter to get her hair cut yesterday and Lacey is the one who did it. My daughter’s hair is completely uneven and it really looks like it was butchered. Half her head is longer than the other half and the layers are not “choppy” they are just a huge mess. I tipped her $10 dollars too…. if I could take it back from her I would and everything else I paid there…I am beyond angry.

THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE AT GREAT CLIPS…..So it’s 2pm onaon Saturday and I brought my daughters in for a haircut. we walked in and there’s nowhere to sit so we stand at the counte. a skinny brunette (seen in the picture)was at the counter as well and never spoke to us and asked us for a check-in. so we took it upon ourselves to see ourselves to be seated when a seat came available. haircut after haircut is passing and our name isn’t being called so now I’m noticing that people who have just walked in is being called so I said that no one ever took my information to call me and I’ve been waiting for an hour. now it’s a small lobby with 4 chairs so I’m sure if they were doing their job correctly would have noticed me with my three daughters and the lobby… So I said no one took my information and they said “did you check in online”and I said no… So they said they could check me in but I would have to wait last to be seen. And I said but ive been waiting for an hour, and the skinny brunette said that we go down a list and your name isn’t on the list. So I said that’s poor customer service… she said she could give me her managers phone number so I could call her manager. So I told her know I would just post a comment on Google and we were going to leave. She didn’t care that money from 4 clients were walking out the door. This was my very first and last trip to great clips thanks to her!
