The spa was sooo comfortable and the owner was so welcoming and polite. I got a facial, and the massage that comes with that was amazing. She definitely cares about what she does. She was very friendly and explained what was going to be happening over the course of 75 minutes very well. I used to get lash extensions religiously for 3 years every 12 days but recently stopped this year and wanted to try something new. Highly recommend this spa as it is a hidden gem. This is my second time going to Skin studio 211. I love it there. Lorin is so sweet and kind. The first time I went I got a facial and it was everything. The second time I just went and got a light chemical peel with Lorin and she kept checking on me to make sure that I was ok and comfortable. It was nothing but good vibes, good energy. She had the old school music from when we was growing up. I definitely recommend Skin studio 211 and I can’t wait for her second location to open.

Robbie is fantastic with lash extensions and fills! This place is clean, friendly and organized and prices are reasonable compared to area competition. They seem a little stringent with penalties. For example, calling on the morning of appointment to reschedule due to severe illness is allowed once and any future changes without 24+ hour notice results in a retainer of the 50% paid deposit. I get that they have a business to maintain, but people also get sick without notice and don’t want to infect others.
