This was my fourth visit to the Hendersonville skin solutions. Every visit has been great. My brother first visit was a biopsy. The second was my surgical removal procedure and stitches. The third visit was my suture removal. I’m now six months past my surgery and this recent visit was a biannual check up to make sure I’m still clear of any skin cancer. This visit the wait was abnormally long. I arrived at 3:20 for a 3:30 appointment. I waited in the waiting room until 4:20. After being moved into a room and going over preliminary info I waited an additional 20 minutes for my full body scan. The scan took a normal 20 minutes and I was leaving by 5pm. The staff has always been personable, professional and answered any questions or concerns I’ve had. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. I think I just caught them on an extremely busy day. In addition to that the staff is always engaged into walking you through the fact that they may have just told you, that you have cancer. I can imagine that sometimes those visits can take longer and throw off the entire day’s schedule. Keep doing a great job, and thank you!
