I’m a single mom in the middle of an expensive court battle I just moved and I am being charged for a service I did not use nor can use. Absolutely disgusting customer service all around. Don’t go here they don’t care about people they only want your money.

(I’m not comfortable laying in my back yard where neighborhoods can see me.) I decided that it was just for a month and I could manage. They made the experience very easy and listened to my budget. They knew I didn’t want to spend a lot of money and they didn’t pressure me into buying anything I wasn’t comfortable with.That was a year ago. I’m extremely cheap and I usually don’t pay for things like tanning but I needed to prepare for a cruise and I live around a lot of people now. (I’m not comfortable laying in my back yard where neighborhoods can see me.) I decided that it was just for a month and I could manage. They made the experience very easy and listened to my budget. I love the staff very professional!!! So very dissapointed that palm beach now has there customers having to buy there own goggles! Would of worked out better to give away the first pair free then charge for second pair. Customers pay a monthly fee for a reason they should be provided the proper materials.

The service is great and the people are usually friendly but I froze my account and I was still charged $8.25 every month without knowing it because I’ve been locked out of my online banking app due to a password malfunction. I received no emails or texts even though I was signed up for them. I’ve had no job the past two months and now I’m way in the negatives. When I called to discuss what they could do for me I got a stern “well one, if you want to cancel your membership you have to come into your nearest location and you have to do it before the 25th of this month.” No sincerity or “I’m so sorry you were uninformed/misinformed” very straight forward and not friendly. I don’t know how I got convinced to spend over $200 at a tanning salon but I did. And it’s safe to say I regret it. You’d be better off tanning somewhere much cheaper and less expensive. They just try and take your money. Not worth it.

The beds are always clean. They give me a variety so I’m not in the same bed each time I come. They are helpful tell me of promotions, or if I have a reward to use. And always remember me by name when I come in.
