I am extremely happy and excited to return in a few weeks. I showed up at Biltmore but my appointment was in Scottsdale . The front desk staff worked diligently to try to fit me in but they were fully booked so they called over to Scottsdale and I was accommodated and able to show up 30 minutes late. The Scottsdale manager even called me while I was on my way to say please don’t rush be safe and that they would have no problem getting me in. Just an overall accommodating and wonderful staff. I saw Allie, a registered nurse and certified Laser Tech technician and she was extremely knowledgeable as well as the lovely front office manager and they both made me feel very assured that although I have a high Fitzpatrick I would be safe with the YAG laser and that it would not harm my skin at all. I have to tell you… I am completely sold! This is post day 2 and my skin looks WONDERFUL! I’m 55 and still suffer occasional chin breakouts with lingering hyperpigmentation and they’re practically 100% resolved. My skin looks hydrated, lifted, younger and brighter. Win win win. I’m a cosmetic injector and perform just about every treatment except laser. I will be suggesting this to my clients. Skin Laundry definitely has a needed component for skin success and with the membership which I signed up for immediately, it’s affordable and “ I’m worth it!” . My before and after pics shared.

Absolutely fantastic service. From the moment I walked in the building I received excellent customer service from start to finish. I was greeted and escorted to the waiting room and had such a pleasant conversation with the front desk attendant. Before I knew it I was ready for my laser facial. The nurse that completed my treatment was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. This was my first time ever doing a laser facial treatment and it was wonderful. I was nervous that it would be painful but it was not at all. My session was complete in 15 minutes. My skin has never looked as healthy and glowing as it does now after my appointment . I intend to become a regular.

I went to skin laundry May 28,20 to get my free facial laser treatment and it was totally free. I walked in and Sage was the receptionist and she was totally so sweet so outgoing so nice and she was educating me on how the process goes I was very welcomed I had a really good experience just walking and thank you Sage for being so kind for this is my first time coming to a laser treatment she has very good customer service. Then Sage took me back to my treatment provider to nurse Alli, I recommend everyone to see Alli she was so sweet very outgoing a beautiful personality she made me feel so comfortable she walked and talked me through the whole entire process and the laser treatment itself it didn’t hurt she did an amazing job I’m very pleased with my results and I’m excited to go back I signed up for my monthly services and I’m excited on my future results with my skin nurse Allie was amazing outstanding great customer service everyone needs to sign up to see Ally she does a great job thank you Allie for everything Love Dawn

I went here for treatments for a few months always loved the customer service and liked my results which worked fine on my sensitive skin but unfortunately had to put my subscription on hold due to being laid off from Covid. In December my temporary hold was up and I had to contact them to cancel my subscription since I am still laid off. The process was simple and easy and I still received great customer service. The customer service here is leaps and bounds above anything else. The girls always do their best to make you feel welcome, comfortable and are helpful no matter what skin issues you are dealing with.

This place is amazing! The customer service was incredible! They were so nice and welcoming the moment you walk in. They explain everything that is happening in detail so your never confused, there was absolutely no wait, I got in there and they started my facial right then. And of course my face felt amazing after! Definitely will be going back and recommend it! And they have a bunch of stuff you can buy as well! Cleaners and toners, makeup wipes everything! Love it!
