Sophia is the best! Always so easy to go into my appointment. You book straight with her and she’ll make it work no matter how crazy your week seems. Super professional but also makes you feel like family. The atmosphere she has is calming so if you’re ever feeling anxious or worried especially if it’s your first time doing anything she’s super easy to talk to. I recommend all my friends to her.

Her spa environment is relaxing with soothing and calm music, aesthetically pleasing, and clean. A cover-up robe is provided so you don’t have to get under the warm blanket, but remain coverex and maintain privacy. My first visit was for a bikini wax and she was patient, explained the different styles and provided a diagram of what she described. Every provider is different and I didn’t want to assume her bikini is the ssme as the other providerʻs. She is mindful that the temperature of the wax is just right which is very important, if you know what I mean. I’ve been to places where even after I told them the wax was too hot they weren’t mindful of that which made it an unpleasant experience. I never had that problem in the six months that I’ve been going to Sophia. She has also been educating me on skin care because I asked her questions, so now I see her for facials and switched to Dermalogica from what I was using which has been a game changer. She gives you her recommendations on what facial is best for you based on what you want and on the health of your skin. Of course, it’s up to you what service you want because she won’t do a service you don’t want. My friends and family complimented me that I’m glowing and my skin looks so good.
