I showed them a picture of the nails I wanted she looked and said we don’t have that. Then didn’t ask if I wanted anything similar. They are horrible the worst I have ever had. Also they charged me $ 96.50 for this awful fill and a amateur pedicure. I won’t be back. I keep trying because they are close to me but I’ll do the drive now I get to go get this set soaked off if she can’t fix it.

I came in to get a brow service done and the woman was offended because I asked her to spray the chair with alcohol and sanitize her hands. There were folks in and out and the chair was not sanitized in between services. If you go this place wear a mask and be careful they don’t seemed to be concerned about hygiene and the pandemic. First time there because I was in a hurry listen a week later two of my fingers got infected. When I said at the gas station I was looking around and it did not look very clean. Today I ended up in the urgent care. I haven’t slept in two days because of my finger throbbing burning and filled with pus. I been going here for almost 4 years now since they opened and have always had service. Brian my nail tech is the best hands down. He always has my nails shaped perfectly and does them the way I like them. It’s clean, fast service, countless shellac colors n polishes. I recommend atleast trying them once.

They are terrible! The guy who did my nails was so RUDE. I asked the lady at the front to do them and she refused…. as she sat in a pedicure chair on her phone. He kept yelling at me as he did my nails and actually told me the color I picked wasn’t good but once he finished he said it was nice. Instead of removing my old rhinestones he left them on and added a few at my cuticle which looks horrible. The only reason I allowed him to finish was because he already started removing my nails. I’ve been there twice, first experience was ok. The second was absolutely horrible. I was charged $50 for a fill-in. 4 chrome nails, 2 glitter. The glitter was absolutely horrible!! Look at the pictures. The man at the front booth is a liar, he said that chrome nails is 2 for $5, glitter is $5 each, my fill in was $30?? Makes no sense, i already had the shape, etc. Never again!! What made him a liar, is that he said, chrome was $10 for all 10 nails. Why would I pay $10 for 4 nails when its the same price for 10 nails. He also told me the fill-in was $26, not $29. Also, please Zoom-in on the the glitter nail, absolutely horrible!!!
