Each Barber in the shop books through our online app “theCut” that list all services & prices. Business owner sets rules and disclaimers above his clients heads. Demands for people to pay a cancellation fee, but then turns around and cancels on me and doesn’t want to pay for canceling my appointment a hour before. How can a person start a business, sets rules and doesn’t follow their own rules they put in place? Would give -5 stars if possible!

No doubt one of the best barbers in Seattle. But if you value your time don’t go here I have tried several times and every time he has ran me minimum 20 to an hour from 4 differnt cuts. I understand you can’t control your clients but everybody else shouldn’t suffer for someone else’s tardiness. It pains me to write such an awful review but to not even have respect for your customers after the fact. I just hope that you will gain more respect for others time instead of carrying the arrogance of being more important then your client

First time I got a hair cut there under new management took them an hour to get me seated and an hour to cut my hair. My type of hair cut takes an 30 minutes tops. Medium fade trim on top. Second time I tried today. Two and a half hours until close. One person working. Says he cant see me cause these two gentlemen are in front of me. How does it take someone 2.5 hours two cut two mens hair?! I wont be going back. If you like long waits and longer unreasonable times getting a hair cut this is for you.

Highly recomend! Today was my first time going to SKILLZ Hair Studio under the new ownership and I was extremely impressed. They provided excellent customer service, and had very talented and polite barbers. Under the new studio ownership the studio decor was completely revamped, and now has a great aesthetic and vibe to the place . 10/10!

Went buzz for the first time in my life for the new year. Had JR clean me up although it was his first time working with me, there were no issues and it turned out way better than anticipated. As clean as it gets. Go to Skillz for any of your ideas, they know exactly what to do without u even telling them. 10/10 experience. Everybody is friendly and its got a great vibe.
