I got my hair cut back in January and it was by far the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten.When I got home and saw how completely uneven and crooked it was… I called the salon crying to see if anyone would be willing to fix my hair. Management refused to refund or even simply allow another hair dresser in the salon to fix my hair, fee of charge. The only option I was given was to allow the same girl who completely ruined my hair to “fix it” or pay full price again to see another hair dresser.Should have seen the warning signs when the hairdresser didn’t offer me a mirror to check my hair and kept trying to get me to curl my hair to hide her HUGE mistake.Worst experience… do NOT recommend anyone going here unless you want to pay $60 for the worlds worst hair cut and experience poor customer service.Service: HairstylingTerrible service and management. Critical: ProfessionalismMy friend told me this salon was unprofessional months ago when she got her hair done here. She was getting hers done and the other hairdresser was openly talking bad about a customer that had JUST LEFT. So the signs were there from the start I just didn’t listen.It’s so disappointing that my experience with this salon was terrible when I had such high hopes. The worst part is they never even got a chance to touch my hair! It was their professionalism! I booked them last September for my wedding this August. When I booked they were surprised I did it so early when most of their brides only book 6-9 months in advance. I wanted to make sure everything was planned out, too bad it didn’t matter anyways. They called and left a voice mail in January saying “they had to go over some stuff for the wedding”. Turns out, they just had to cancel on me because their coworker got engaged and they had to go to her wedding. Then they proceeded to tell me I can come to the shop and pick up my desposit! They ended up sending it in the mail.
