If I could give this business a zero rating, I would. Marquita Chambers, a recent reviewer that also gave them 1 of 5 stars is 100% accurate. The owner is completely unprofessional from her disorganized website to her messy salon to her inconsistent salon policies to her unavailability when trying to email/call with questions about services. I had to file a complaint against this business with my bank (and won) to get my money back because they charged me for a consultation when their “New Client Policy” clearly states in plain English:

Why would the salon owner even reply back to a client who tried to “rip her off” and to insult that client, even if she is shifty, is very unprofessional and makes the owner look as bad if not worst than the thief! – I been calling the shop for 3weeks now && nobody answer the phone I have questions to ask before I make my appointment w. You guys && if y’all open at 10am why not answer I done emailed you guys n more && seem to get no response from nobody I really need my hair done && imm trying to come to your shop but its hard when you don’t have aa live body to talk to .
