I was in Door County for a long weekend and decided to book a massage for my mom and me. We were immediately greeted by the receptionist who was very kind and welcoming. She offered us something to drink while we filled out the intake form as this was our first time here. We both received 60 minute swedish massages.

My mother, two sisters and I went here on our last trip. We were incredibly impressed. One sister and I had Kayla who was a newer massage therapist. She was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. We did the back melt treatment. My other sister and mother did the conditioning moisture drench treatment with Jessa and they each called it “perfect”. The atmosphere was fantastic. We waited in the “library” and helped ourselves to tea. The staff were also helpful in suggesting places to eat/visit during our stay. We would definitely come back.

Jessa gave me my first ever prenatal massage and she was fantastic. Very personable, made a relaxing environment, and communicated so well with me about moving me around into different positions or massaging the different areas. The Spa overall was great too. Very clean and peaceful atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back on my next trip to Door County!

I visited this spa while visiting from out of town, and had a 60 min Swedish massage from Kayla. She did a wonderful job and was communicative about increasing or decreasing pressure to my preference. The front desk receptionist was very warm and welcoming. I would return here again!

For my wife’s and my anniversary we booked 90 minute massages. We booked online appointments 3 weeks in advance. Received appointment confirmations the week before. While driving they called and cancelled our appointments 3 hours before. Explained the system booked for people unavailable. I can understand that error but not 3 hours before. The error would have existed before allowing for time to reschedule. Very unprofessional. would not recommend!

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMy husband and I travelled to Door County from the Milwaukee area for the weekend and decided to get massages. I picked this spa based on the good reviews and it did not disappoint! Our hotel was in Egg Harbor so it was about a 30 minute drive to the spa, but the drive was a great opportunity to explore a bit more of the area. We are regular spa-goers and we both agreed that these were some of the best massages we have ever had! My therapist was Tony. He gave a very relaxing massage, focusing on the areas I mentioned were giving me trouble and I felt so much better after! I can’t remember the name of my husband’s therapist, but he gave equally rave reviews saying that his neck has never felt better! In addition, the spa is beautiful and clean and located in a secluded area surrounded by woods, and with it being peak season for the leaves, the scenery was just gorgeous. I also work in a spa so I am very particular and I thought they did a great job with the COVID precautions as well. My husband and I travelled to Door County from the Milwaukee area for the weekend and decided to get massages. I picked this spa based on the good reviews and it did not disappoint! Our hotel was in Egg Harbor so it was about a 30 minute drive to the spa, but the drive was a great opportunity to explore a bit more of the area. Kim was my massage therapist and it was by far the best massage I have ever had. The Spa is conveniently located in Ephraim next to a few cute shops and restaurant, but wherever you are staying in Door County, it is worth the short drive. I cannot recommend this place enough. The ambiance from the decor, to the aromatherapy, to the room temperature and soothing background audio was all spot on.
