Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityEveryone was so welcoming and knowledgeable. I certainly appreciate how comfortable Rachel makes me feel. Tiffany and Rachel are both great at what they do, but they are even better at making you feel relaxed during the process. I also appreciate the speedy service. I’ve never waited longer than 10 maybe 15 minutes before I was called back. Everyone was so welcoming and knowledgeable. I certainly appreciate how comfortable Rachel makes me feel. Tiffany and Rachel are both great at what they do, but they are even better at making you feel relaxed during the process. I also appreciate the speedy service. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got the enzyme brightening facial with the jelly mask. I really enjoyed this facial and afterwards my face felt very clean. I was seen by Billie. She was very nice and provided me with good care tips. The place was relaxing and I was so comfortable I started to dose off a couple of times. Overall I was satisfied. I did have to wait about 15-20 minutes after my appointed time but because I was in no rush it wasn’t a big deal. I got the enzyme brightening facial with the jelly mask. I really enjoyed this facial and afterwards my face felt very clean. I was seen by Billie. She was very nice and provided me with good care tips. The place was relaxing and I was so comfortable I started to dose off a couple of times. Overall I was satisfied. The ambiance is beautiful and serene, everyone is knowledgeable about the particular service they provide and they answer all your questions satisfactorily. They make you feel welcome and very comfortable. Their communication is also very good. They communicate enough to make sure you don’t forget your appointment and to check on you after your treatment. My wax consultant Chelsea is great everytime I come. She is knowledgeable, friendly, provides excellent customer, personable and professional. I choose her everytime I come in.
