I always have a great experience at Simply Nails! I’ve had Oriana as my nail tech twice and absolutely love how she does my nails! I always get dip powder or “Healthy Nails” as they call it here on my natural nails. Great color selection. The color never chips of course. Oriana takes extra care when soaking and removing my current dip powder which I greatly appreciate. I never feel rushed. It feels like she is taking special care for each individual nail. I highly recommend Simply Nails or Totally Nails – their sister salon, when in PSL. I live in Orlando and I will wait until I can get to PSL to get my nails redone!

I love Simply Nails. The place is kept clean and cute every time I go. I’ve been coming to Trisha for over a year now and she is the best. She makes me feel welcomed and always does a great job on my nails. I can bring her any picture in and she always goes above and beyond to make sure my nails look exactly how I want them. Highly recommend her for nail art and the place in general if you are looking for a clean and welcoming nail salon in the area.

AVOID NANCY!!! I’m a loyal Totally Nails customer however I was in a pinch and found an opening at their sister salon, Simply Nails. That should have been my first clue. I was booked for healthy nail with nail art. In all my experiences at Totally, they always soak off with individually wrapping each nail in acetone/aluminum foil. However when at Simply, I noticed the nail tech, Nancy, poured an entire bottle of acetone into a bowl and then asked me to place my hand in the bowl. I politely asked if I could have them wrapped in aluminum and she refused. She then called over the receptionist who explained that it was faster and each tech is different. I explained that I book the same appointment at Totally for the same time allotment and they always wrap my nails. Neither could provide any sort of reasonable explanation for her to not be able to wrap my nails. Nancy refused to wrap my nails and continue my service. She instead passed me off to my pedicure service with another tech. Not a good experience and won’t be back.

This salon is private and quiet. It feels like a private club almost. I loved it! Nancy is a great nail tech! She is friendly and professional! She always works with my schedule! I love the way she does my nails and pedicures. I highly recommend this salon and Nancy! If I could I would give her 100 stars! You must make an appointment to be seen just an fyi!

BEWARE!! This place deserves zero star. I went in to get my eyebrows tinted and waxed yesterday afternoon. The tech did such a BOTCHED JOB. It’s been 12 hours and the skin around my eyebrows is still swollen, super sensitive and red. Mind you I am a person of color with very dark complexion and yet you can see the redness. That’s how bad the experience was. To make matters worse, she barely tinted my eyebrows and literally left the outer ends undone. My husband was waiting for me outside and was horrified when he saw me. We even considered going to an Urgent Care. This had never happened before and I’ve had this work done countless times before. Only difference is that I was always lucky to have true professionals wax and tint my eyebrows. This tech should not have a license to touch people’s faces.
