The girl at the counter was really sweet and nice, but the lady who cut my boyfriend’s hair was very unprofessional and was really harsh while cutting his hair. On the top of it she asked for tip on her own which is very rude. Very unprofessional attitude. Never gonna come back again!

Been going here for years, always welcomed with friendly faces and smiles. Online check in is a life saver! My husband and I can rely on all of the stylists for a timely haircut, met with detail and care. If I ever feel like something is off or needs an extra fix, they are willing to work with me. Prior to coming here, other salons we’ve visited have been reluctant to adhere to our suggestions but genuinely, here it is different and I’m glad I found my “home” salon. ❤️

Friendly and great customer service!!! My husband and I have been going to this location for over 10 years now. The staff is excellent, always greeted when we walk in the door. I’ve had my haircut from some of the other stylists if my main girl isn’t available and they all have been great as well. We’ve never had an issue there before. Great service at a reasonable price. I get better service here then I’ve received at high end salons in the past…I’ve recommended this location to all my friends and family to go there.

$17 a haircut for men is not reasonable considering the other haircut establishments in the area. Would not recommend the Great clips on Hayes and Hall road they have bad attitudes and they don’t listen to the customer.
