She was *incredibly* informative with answering all of my questions, after my first laser hair removal treatment. She could truly understand my confusion, to best assist me. Fortunately, she had *all* of the recommendations that I needed to help further my laser hair removal process, as far as which shaving tools would work best, during this process. I had a bad experience with one of the employees at the Biltmore location. She was really rude and skipped me for my apt even though I was still within the grace period. I was waiting for a while so I decided to reschedule and she came out with an ugly attitude trying to yell at me loudly saying she skipped me because I was late even though nobody asked her. Luckily her coworker which was a girl with gorgeous pink hair was so nice and called me after I left and apologized on her behalf and rescheduled me. Then at my next apt she and the manager discussed it with me and helped me get back on track with my sessions.

They are a big waste of money! Every person I talk with over the phone is extremely rude. They force you to get the monthly membership constantly and give you a hard time if you tell them you got it through Groupon. I have gone to the Avondale location and the girls are very rude. I wanted to give them other chance so I started go to the Goodyear, AZ location and it was even worse. After giving them a try for over a year (since the begging of 2021) Unfortunately, my hair under my arms are still growing back and I don’t see a difference anywhere else on my body either.

I’ve only had one treatment thus far, but I was highly impressed! I’ve recommended laser hair removal to everyone after visibly noticing a different after ONE treatment! I can’t wait to see what additional treatments will look like. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The offer during their “birthday” was too good to pass up and now I’m having 4 areas done for $80/month for 18 months which is much better than the $60/visit I was paying for just a Brazilian sugar wax. Worth it!
