I would not recommend this place. I have been coming here for about 12 sessions for face and neck. I still haven’t seen much difference is hair reduction. The manager is rude.

I’ve had a good experience so far, the techs are always friendly and you don’t have to wait a very long time to get your treatment done, I’ve noticed a significant reduction of hair in the first 3 treatments however I feel like the last time the laser set up wasn’t right because I don’t see any changes in the amount of hair since the last time, hopefully after I’m done with all the treatments I’ll have the results I want…. i will keep you posted with the results!!

Update: Sad to say I will no longer be returning to Simplicity. Just found out April is no longer an employee there. Majority of the females in this location seem rude and stuck up. They are friendly and will explain in detail about any treatments your getting. Only thing I don’t like is if you miss a spot shaving they won’t allow you to shave it quickly to get the full treatment as other laser hair removal places do. They make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have. I’m only on my second treatment so far but it’s been good.

I made full payment for my laser service and due to a family emergency I couldn’t complete it and simplicity laser are not allowing me to book sessions or refunding my money . My experience has been pretty bad with simplicity laser at centennial as they were rude from beginning! I called them multiple times and they said they will see what they can do but I haven’t got any updates

This place is the best! If you’ve ever had laser hair removal you know it can be unpleasant. My tech Sidney Glenn was AMAZING. She made me feel super comfortable and made the process as comfortable as possible. I recommended her to one of my friends and it was her first time getting it done and she loved Sidney too!! 10/10 recommend. Sidney has loads of experience and the education to back it up.
