Do not wait to book! From the moment you walk in the door you can feel the positive energy all around you. A few weeks ago an old lower back injury flared up on me and caused my upper back to tighten up as well. I had 2 adjustments with my chiropractor and while my back was improving I was still very tight and in pain. Kieri recommended that I see Anna for an acupuncture treatment. I’ve always wanted to try acupuncture and I’m glad I did. At the beginning of my appointment Anna took the time to understand what was going on with my back and ask questions. Anna felt that not only acupuncture would help but also a red light treatment followed by cupping. I had no worries about what to expect and what it would feel like because Anna explained it all to me. These treatments are exactly what my back muscles needed in order to loosen up and made for an easier 3rd adjustment by my chiropractor later in the day. Thank you, Anna! Anna takes fantastic care of her patients, and does a great job with tailoring her treatments accordingly as needed. Highly recommend giving acupuncture a try.. It’s a little scary at first, but it provides relief in ways that are otherwise unattainable in my humble opinion, and Anna is the best.
