Critical: Professionalism, QualityI was a former customer of this hair salon up until last month. I went in back in December of 2020 to get my hair dyed. I chose to have ombré hair coloring done. It cost me $125 to have it done. First of all, I asked for Fuchsia (deep purple-ish pink). But instead they gave me Magenta which is almost as bright as a pink highlighter. I was so disappointed. When you get your hair done there, they’re supposed to blow dry it and style it a little. I mean for the money I paid, I didn’t get that treatment. They dried my hair for only 5-10 minutes and let me walk out of the salon. They also damaged my hair. So, I came in the next day and talked to Sandra (the owner) and she said the next time I came in, she’d do my hair for free since they messed up on my hair coloring and did some damage. I only had the hair coloring for a few days before it quickly faded within a week. Sandra told me “oh the color lasts forever.” I felt lied to. So it’s close to the end of the year. I called the store to see if she was in. No one answered the phone calls. I tried for a couple of days. Then finally someone answered the phone and informed me Sandra was in Mexico and she was going to be back in 1-2 weeks. So by mid January of this year, I went to go see Sandra about my hair. After we were done and the coloring was finally the right color.. I was about to tip the lady who did my hair and then the front desk girl tells me I owe them $55 for what they did. I’m like excuse me?! So I went to the back and went to go talk to the owner. She was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. she told me that my hair grew a couple of inches and she told me nothing but nonsense with an attitude. The front desk girl tried to block me off from leaving. I told Sandra how I felt and how she lied to me. I was very disappointed. Have not been back since. Will NEVER come back. Thankfully I found a more professional hair stylist.I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all. The hair color they use is super cheap, it doesn’t last long like Sandra claims.. such a waste of money and time.
