I have had wonderful experiences at Ideal Image. I have had two rounds of BOTOX and my first round of laser hair removal. The staff was friendly and they were all professional. I was seen on time and treated with great care. Their main goal was that I was happy with my results. I received follow up calls the day following all of my treatments to ensure that I was doing well. I highly recommend Ideal Image!!

I was really looking forward to cool sculpting. I had a zoom call and was told I was an ideal candidate. So I Booked my procedure and got financed for the procedure. I Waited almost a month to go in. When I go in I’m told the applicator won’t work for my chin area. I was so bummed. Then I was offered other options which is not something I would be interested in. After i was told they would TRY to get me a refund. When I was called about the refund I was told they would refund me all but 100. I’ve already made my first loan payment because it was so long and I’ll have to wait for that refund as well . I didn’t think it was fair to charge me a fee of 100 when I was told this procedure was ideal for me. I would have never financed this on a maybe. So overall I am disappointed in the whole fiasco and out 100 for being mislead on a zoom call.

This is one of the best spa services that I’ve ever received. I’ve only seen one technician here, every single time I’ve come and she’s always catering, patient and kind. The bathroom, treatment rooms and lobby waiting areas are super clean and inviting. The receptionist and technician are both very polite, professional and aren’t pushy. I’ve been to plenty of medspas before I decided on IdealImage and this was the right fit for me. They treat you with respect and dignity in mind, for all things. I truly appreciate that they allow Allie financiing options for monthly payments for as little as 0% interest per month. This is a great gift idea for anyone. If there’s one thing I would suggest to improve in this location, it’s hiring more technicians. It’s very unreasonable for one person to treat everyone when there’s multiple people who want many different procedures. If there’s more technicians in this location I know that they will have more clientele and more services purchased. There’s a lot of potential here for getting more clients as it’s located in a great area, and great financing options. I truly wish they would either get the existing technician a raise or hire more technicians. I have many people who are interested in getting services and with bookings being so packed with only one technician it’s hard to refer anyone. In conclusion, this place is wonderful as the two people here: the technician and the receptionist make it so. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

I’ve always had trouble scheduling with them. The front receptionists have always been rude and dismissive to me. I’ve been seeing them for laser hair removal on full legs, bikini and underarms. I commute an hour to get there and an hour to get back.
