Francesco gave my girlfriend highlights and persistently tried to up-sell her with additional products and hair masks any chance available. Like an auto shop always saying there’s something more your car needs, he said her hair needs. My girlfriend eventually agreed to a “free hair mask / replacement for conditioner” and was charged an additional $40 at checkout. An additional $65 charge was attempted for a take-home mask which she never agreed to. She felt cheated out of her money.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI needed a last minute appointment and Stephanie graciously took me. She did a wonderful job and listened when I explained the cut I was looking for. She gave me a beautiful style for my husbands awards dinner but the true test of a good haircut for me is how it looks after I’ve washed it and styled it myself. She did amazing. The first time I washed and blow dried my hair I was so thrilled. The cut is awesome and the layers fall perfectly. I could’ve just left it wash and go and not styled it because it looked so good. It’s such a versatile cut. She was also so sweet and helpful, giving me tips about my color. Talking with her truly felt like chatting with a friend. She’s an outstanding stylist and a great person as well. If you don’t know them Don’t walk in unprepared. I did that and got the very beginner ‘haircutter’ and that was difficult and really my hair is very basic. However the lady realize she was struggling and ask some help to what’s seemed to be the manager who did better. So to conclude unless you know them, don’t go! Or you’ll end up with the barbershop student
