Critical: ProfessionalismLow quality for an expensive price.. that’s what I get for cheating on my nail tech. I went here as a last minute resort & I regret it. I paid 87 + the $2 CC transaction fee to have a full set + plus toe polish with shallac. I usually pay $70-80. Not only that the older woman who did my nails did them bulky. The acrylic was applied lumpy & when she painted my nails the coat was uneven. Another young lady had to fix them which took more time. I went on a Friday. Here it is Wed the following week & they’re popping off like press on’s. I paid $89 for nails that didn’t last four days. Do you think they offered a refund when I expressed my dissatisfaction? No! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE IT WILL NOT BE WORTH IT.You can see how uneven the acrylic & nail coating is. My fingernails show how they just popped off. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had to get the police involved bc the lady there did not want to fix my nails when I told her they didn’t look right. I kept trying to tell her what I wanted fixed an she kept saying that when I leave and show other people they will like it. I asked her again could she fix it and she said she could take the polish off and thin them but she wouldn’t apply polish back on. Which means I would be paying $40 without polish on. She then started being aggressive with me So I called the police. she started saying how she offered me a refund(which she didn’t). She then gave me a refund. It shouldn’t take getting the police involved to get a refund. I highly recommend anyone not come to this place.
